Do you share your predictions of the winners?
Who is hosting? I have enjoyed the live entertainment in past award shows.

Hi, Bill! I purposely avoid reading about Oscar winner projections and do not make out loud personal predictions for one very good wacky reason only: my own credibility. Yeah, the one God-given talent I didn't hide under a basket is my weird, and for the most part, spot-on ability to choose the winner as the nominees are featured on the tube-screen during those seconds prior to the Presenter reading the results from the once hermitically sealed envelope. The nominee that's going to win mysteriously looks more intense ((to include colouring and facial detailing, kinda) to me and seem to be a positioned a smitch more forward than the other competitors. Either that or their name appears slightly bolded to me on my printable ballot. (<--My family and I hold award parties and live-vote along.) Anyhoo, IT'S WEIRD. And it doesn't work if I soothsay, which sort of adds to the "Magic that is me!" of it all, dudn't it?!

Hosting this year's Academy Awards ceremony is Billy Crystal. I am probably in the minority when I say this, but here goes: I am NOT one of Mr. Crystal's biggest fans. I've seen him when he's not being "Hollywood" Billy, and he's--dare I say it? I dare--a MAJOR jerk.

Ending on an upswing, see you at the Oskies? It's a date!
Loove (<--Fun Beatlespeak!),

thanks for the reply - you know if you put DISQUS on here or used the new blogger threaded comment option readers could just reply right under the comment.

Since I don't follow celebrities that much (are we all turning into stalkers?) my idea of Billy (I dropped the "y" long ago on mine) is based on his appearances and movies. I like him and Sally did too.

Hey, Bill sans "Y"! Cool and uh-huh to your Comment/Reply box suggestion. I did try to enable the new blogger threaded comment option (so readers could just reply right under the comment), but I think my template is hanging it up. I'll have to fiddle with it later, when I have more time, or give the DISQUS thing a whirl. Thanks, though. Keep your fingies crossed that I can make it to be a "go."
